Our local florists usually deliver between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.

What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery in Pugey?

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 16:00 in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.

The florist may still attempt delivery, leave the flowers with a suitable person, or arrange another local solution depending on the situation and delivery address.

Is the recipient’s phone number required for delivery in Pugey?

A local phone number is strongly recommended and may be required in some cases. It helps the florist arrange delivery if there are address issues or access problems.

Can hotel reception refuse the flowers?

Yes. Hotel reception or front office staff may refuse flowers if they do not recognise the recipient or cannot confirm the guest details.

What happens if an add-on gift is unavailable?

If an add-on gift or consumable item is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar alternative of comparable value.

Should I order earlier for Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day?

Yes. During major flower holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Easter, and International Women’s Day, it is strongly recommended to order as early as possible.
