We deliver from Monday to Sunday.

What are your normal delivery hours in Betracq?

Our local florists usually deliver between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.

What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery in Betracq?

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 16:00 in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.

What information do I need to provide for flower delivery in Betracq?

Please provide the recipient’s full name, complete delivery address, local phone number if available or any number working on whatsapp, delivery date, and any useful notes for the florist.

Can flowers be taken to a pick-up point if the recipient is unavailable?

In some cases, if the recipient is not available at the address, the flowers may be taken to a designated pick-up point and must be collected from there. This may still be considered delivered.

Can flowers be delivered directly to a hospital room?

Direct room delivery is not always allowed. Many hospitals require flowers to be left at reception, the ward desk, or another designated area.

Can cake delivery be refunded if delivery is unsuccessful?

Because cakes are perishable and made to order, refunds may not be available if the delivery attempt is unsuccessful after the cake has been prepared and sent for delivery.

Can flower substitutions happen during special occasions?

Yes. During peak periods, florists may need to substitute flower colours or flower types without prior consultation because of high demand and limited availability.

Why is there an extra delivery charge for some areas?

Some locations may require an extra delivery charge because of distance, remoteness, or local florist availability.
