Quick answers about delivery days, hours, coverage areas, and our policies to help you send flowers with confidence.

What days of the week do you deliver flowers in Cugney?

We deliver from Monday to Sunday.

What are your normal delivery hours in Cugney?

Our local florists usually deliver between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.

What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery in Cugney?

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 16:00 in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.

Can short-notice changes be guaranteed?

No. Short-notice changes to address, recipient details, or card messages cannot always be guaranteed and may result in cancellation if the order cannot be adjusted in time.

Can flowers be delivered later than the selected date during busy periods?

During peak flower periods, deliveries may sometimes be completed later than the requested date because of high order volume and logistical limitations. The florist will aim to deliver as soon as possible.

Can flowers be delivered directly to a hospital room?

Direct room delivery is not always allowed. Many hospitals require flowers to be left at reception, the ward desk, or another designated area.

Can the type of flowers be substituted?

Yes. If a specific flower is unavailable, the florist may use a suitable alternative of equal or greater value to match the original request as closely as possible.

Can flower substitutions happen during special occasions?

Yes. During peak periods, florists may need to substitute flower colours or flower types without prior consultation because of high demand and limited availability.

Why is there an extra delivery charge for some areas?

Some locations may require an extra delivery charge because of distance, remoteness, or local florist availability.
